Getting your finances organised is a daunting experience. But that’s where we can help. You will likely have an abundance of questions, either before you call or when you step into the initial meeting.
We want the process to be stress-free and simple for you, so you don’t feel overwhelmed. With that in mind, here’s what you should expect from your first meeting:
On the day of the meeting, you’ll only need to bring any documents that you have received that you wish to talk about. That might be an approximate note of your income and assets but you don’t need to worry about this. It may be something you already know.
The purpose of the initial meeting is to discuss the current challenges you think you’re facing and what your goals are; both short term and long term. It’s also a chance for you to get to know us a bit more and us to get to know you.
Before the end of the meeting, when we have an understanding of your needs, we will provide details of our fees.
After the initial meeting, we will send a client agreement and fee quote by post or email, depending on your preferences. You can use that time to think things over. If you wish to proceed, you can let us know and we will get the process underway.
Your initial meeting is at no cost to you. There is no charge and no obligation. The meeting is held at our expense.
You can arrange an initial meeting by booking an appointment or completing an online form.
We can hold meetings over a video call, which means no matter where you are, we can still have a discussion. Or, if you’re based locally, you can still visit our office.
We will confirm with you once you’ve made an appointment, sending a confirmation email or letter, based on your preference.
